It is an aerial ballpark meant for a first quote, not a final bid — total roof area, predominant pitch, and facet count derived from satellite data, with a waste factor applied. You confirm the real numbers when you inspect.
Whose pricing is shown?
Yours. You enter your own materials (for example specific GAF or CertainTeed product lines) and your own price-per-square ranges. QuotePitch never invents a price.
Can homeowners see the price without giving their info?
No. The roof is measured first, then the price is gated behind name, email, and phone. You get the lead whether or not they read the number closely.
